PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly-ash discharge mechanism of a strongly alkaline fly-ash treating apparatus, which is constituted so as to be capable of automatic operation by improving the sealing property of a lid to a casing by applying a uniform force to the whole lid member, closing a gap caused by deterioration of a sealing rubber and adjustment of surface contact, and prevent occurrence of gaps by inhibiting adhesion of fly-ash and corrosion.;SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a lid member 4 and a cramp device. In the front center part of the fly-ash discharge mechanism, a projected lid base 8 is provided, which is of a little smaller figure similar to a fly-ash discharge mouth 3. A sealing rubber 9 to be pressed to the casing surface is stuck on the outside periphery. The rear periphery of the rubber-stuck part is formed as a slanting face 10 descending to the center, and link mechanisms 6, 7 are coupled to the lid member 4. In the cramp device, two cylinders 12 are placed opposite to each other on both outsides across the rotation direction of the lid member 4. The cylinders 12 are each provided with slanting slide plates 11 having slanting faces corresponding to the slanting faces 10 of the lid member 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
