PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste rubber-made curb block related to mass consumption of used tires as an effective use of the used tires reusing them for the waste rubber-made curb block and, at the same time, smoothly draining off rain water stagnated on the road by boring a drain outlet therein to eliminate execution of work of the drain outlet.;SOLUTION: After the used tires have been finely cut off in a chip-shape, they are heatedly softened to compressively mold them into the waste rubber- made block in a metal mold, and the drain outlet draining off the rain water to be collected in case of raining is bored in the waste rubber-made block.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
