PURPOSE: To manufacture a large mass of molded matter similar to rocks or the like easily with concrete. ;CONSTITUTION: The mold apparatus comprises a bowl-like female mold 11 furnished with a bowl-like coagulation shell 14 of resin or rubber coagulating fluidity molded by covering the upper half of a large rock-like male mold with a predetermined thickness and a bowl-like rear mold 12 integrally spreading over the bowl-like coagulation shell, a divided female mold 15 being constituted of a plurality of divided mold pieces 16 furnished with a plurality of divided coagulation pieces 20 formed by coagulating resin or rubber coagulation fluid molded by dividing and covering the circumference of the lower half of the male mold with a predetermined thickness and along the longitude and divided rear mold pieces 16 spreading over each divided coagulation piece 20.
