摘要

PURPOSE: To detect a defect on the surface of a photosensitive body with high contrast. ;CONSTITUTION: Two optically anisotropic layers, i.e., a surface layer 4 having a gloss surface and a diffusion layer 2, are laminated and lattice lines 3 are provided for the diffusion layer 2 while a false defect, i.e., a protrusion 5, is provided for the surface layer 4. Since the defective light receiving state can be determined for both layers using a same mark plate 8, the image of a defect on the surface of a photosensitive body can be picked up with high contrast by correcting the light receiving position of a camera based on the defective light receiving state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
