PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it airtight by one piece of moisture-proofing sheet so as to provide airtightness in a periphery of an inner heat insulating material and an outer heat insulating material. ;SOLUTION: This method is devised not to interrupt fixing work of a member to be newly installed by winding up an indoor part and an outdoor part of a moisture-proofing sheet 2 for each of steps to install an outdoor laminated wood 5 after making the indoor part and the outdoor part on both sides in a dangling state after fixing a central part of the moisture-proofing sheet 2 on a lower part of a beam 1, to install an indoor plaster board, to install an indoor inner heat-insulating material 14 and to install an outdoor outer heat- insulating material 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
