Namely, before starting a specific object program, the means 12 executes retrieval based on the inquiry information to make use of the help files. Consequently, even when it is unknown which object program out of the plural the plural programs 20a, 20b, 20c... is to be selected, proper retrieval can be executed. Thus, it is possible to surely correspond to the purpose of a user for giving sufficient support to the user.
