PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a coupon ticket of airline by plural persons issued by using an IC card as a medium. SOLUTION: This is a ticketless system for using an airline of the like by using an IC card. This system is provided with a coupon ticket issuing part 50 which records a coupon ticket issue information 64 capable of plural times of use in a distribution origin card 24 being the origin of the distribution of the coupon tickets, coupon ticket moving part 52 which moves one part of the coupon tickets of the distribution origin card 24 to another distribution destination card 28, and records an available coupon ticket moving information 66, and use processing part 48 which processes the use of reservation, ticket issue, check-in, and boarding or the like by using the distribution origin card 24 or the distribution destination card 28.
