The power generation quantity measuring device for solar battery resets a timer in the first place (S101), and starts integration of a power generation quantity (S103). When one year has passed from the reset of the timer (YES in S105), the output (print output or output to an external device by communication) of the integrated power generation quantity is made (S107), and an integral quantity is reset (S109).
