PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an org. electronic device contg. novel electric charge transferring polyester resin easy to produce and having high mechanical characteristics, high oxidation resistance and a high degree of freedom of suitability to the injection of electric charges, etc. ;SOLUTION: This org. electronic device contains random-copolymerized electric charge transferring polyester resin contg. at least one kind of structure represented by general formula I or II and at least one kind of dicarboxylic acid component represented by the general formula -O-CO-Z-CO-O- (III) as partial structures of each of repeating units. In the formulae I, II, each of R1-R4 is H, alkyl, alkoxy, substd. amino, halogen or optionally substd. aryl, X is an optionally substd. divalent arom. group, T is 1-10C optionally branched divalent hydrocarbon and each of (k) and (l) is 0 or 1.
