PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label base paper without a mount in which contents printed in a display part 6 by a printing system such as a thermal transfer system, an electrophotographic system and an inkjet system can be protected by a transparent base material 4, and to provide a printing and publishing apparatus therefor.;SOLUTION: To perform reverse printing in the display part 6 of the transparent base material 4 (a display sheet 2) and to enable the transparent base material 4 with the reverse printing to be closely adhered to a self-adhesive sheet 3 having an adhesive layer 7 and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 9 are intended. The label base paper without the mount is characterized in that it has the display sheet 2 in which the display part 6 is provided on one surface of the transparent base material 4 and a releasing agent layer 5 is provided on another surface thereof and has the self-adhesive sheet 3 in which the adhesive layer 7 is provided on one surface thereof and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 9 as an adhesion part is provided on another surface thereof, and the self-adhesive sheet 3 and the display sheet 2 are temporarily stuck via the releasing agent layer 5 and the adhesive layer 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
