PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate amplitude distortion after synthesis by arranging main wave levels to cancel inverted phase signals, so as to use only the interference wave. SOLUTION: A correlation unit 104 takes correlation between an output of a received signal delay device 103 and a reference signal, resulting from re-modulating of the output of a demodulator 108 with a modulator 113 and sets the gain of a variable attenuator 102, on the basis of the obtained correlation value. Thus, main wave levels at inputs 1, 2 are made identical to each other, and a phase controller 111 controls an infinite phase shifter 105 to cancel the main waves with reverse phases to each other and the output of a synthesizer 106 consists of only the interference wave components, so as to suppress amplitude distortion and to the channel quality becomes satisfactory.
