PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modular personal computer, a connector for this modular personal computer, a cooling method of the modular personal computer, and a personal computer system.;SOLUTION: This modular personal computer 12 has a cooling air flow inlet side opening 58 and an outlet side opening 60 separately arranged by sandwiching a central processing unit 64 in a side part 12a of a casing arranged toward a desktop connector 14, an air passage 56 and an air passage 68 superposed and extended between the inlet side opening 58 and the outlet side opening 60, and reduces static pressure in the vicinity of the outlet side opening 60 by a diffuser 26. Inside air of the modular personal computer 12 is sucked via the outlet side opening 60, and a cooling air flow is introduced from the inlet side opening 58 by putting the inside of the modular personal computer 12 under negative pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
