PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring and managing an environmental impact factor in air capable of accurately calculating and managing the total quantity of environmental factors such as carbon dioxide in each nation.;SOLUTION: Measuring stations 10 to 14 equipped with a transmitter 21 for transmitting a laser beam, a receiver 22 for receiving the laser beam, and a data processor 25 are three-dimensionally distributed and arranged in a prescribed area to be measured. The laser beam transmitted from one measuring station is received by the other measuring station, and air environmental impact factor density in a three-dimensional prescribed block M or the like positioned between those measuring stations in the prescribed area is detected. Furthermore, in a data server 101 of a main base station 100, the detection data of the prescribed block M or the like detected by each measuring station 10 or the like are acquired through information communication, and accumulated, totaled, and stored, and then the total quantity data of the three-dimensional air environmental impact factors in the prescribed area are calculated and displayed by a display means based on the stored data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
