PURPOSE: To use a sunvisor vanity mirror unit as a map lamp without opening a mirror cover. ;CONSTITUTION: In a vanity mirror unit U in which a vanity mirror 7 and a lamp 5 covered with a lens 6 are inserted into a mirror case 1, a cover part 10 to rotate a mirror cover 9 to the front of the vanity mirror 7 when the mirror cover 9 is closed, and a recessed part 12 to expose the lens 6 are formed on the mirror cover 9 which is connected to the mirror case 1. When the mirror cover 9 is closed, the lens 6 is opened at the front position and held in exposed condition though the vanity mirror 7 is covered with the cover part 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
