PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of regenerating organic compound waste and an organic compound waste regenerator which are low in danger of explosion accidents, without discharging environmental pollutant to surrounding environment. ;SOLUTION: This method of regenerating organic compound waste includes a process of housing high polymer compound waste in a sealed structure of heating means, a process of replacing the air within the heating means with nitrogen gas, and a process of heating the interior of the heating means to a temperature range where the high polymer compound waste is thermally decomposed. Further, this method includes a process of leading out the gas within the heating means from the top of the heating means, and cooling the gas and separating the combustible matter generated from the high polymer compound waste, a process of combusting the cooled gas at a temperature of 800°C or over, and a process of cooing the combusted gas to a temperature of 200°C or under while removing the environmental pollutant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
