PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave continuous furnace, an electromagnetic wave leakage preventing device, and a continuous baking method of baked things using electromagnetic wave, in which continuous efficient baking operation can be carried out irradiating the baked things by electromagnetic wave, and leakage of electromagnetic wave from a seal part of a door section is prevented, and which are excellent in safety with sufficient thermal efficiency.;SOLUTION: The tunnel type continuous furnace for obtaining sinter continuously by heating the baked things which have at least a heating/sintering area where sintering by the electromagnetic wave irradiation is performed, and a cooling area for cooling the sinter. A plenum chamber divided by doors, which have at least an entrance door and an exit door, is provided at an entrance portion to the above heating/sintering area, and a middle room divided by the doors, which has at least the entrance door and the exit door, is provided between the above heating/sintering area and the cooling area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
