PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a high-quality photographed image by any photographing device, even if an instrumental error by each photographing device, or a photographing condition such as illumination light or an environmental temperature varies. PSOLUTION: In this ID card making system 100, a standardized matrix is calculated based on a photographed chart image photographed by own device and a standard chart image by using the same standard chart image in photographing devices 41a-43a, 41b-43b, and 3D-LUT is corrected based on the calculated standardized matrix, and photographed image processing is performed based on the standardized matrix and the 3D-LUT. A face image photographed by the photographing devices 41b-43b in B branch office is transmitted to an A branch office host 2a through a B branch office host 2ab, and an ID card is printed and made by using the face image photographed by the photographing devices 41b-43b in the B branch office by an ID card printer 5a in A branch office.
