SECURITY SYSTEM FOR ONE-WAY STREET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve suppression force against reverse traveling and to enable the driver of a forward traveling vehicle to avoid a reversely traveling vehicle with composure when it is present.;SOLUTION: An exit side signal light 4 for forcibly inhibiting the reverse traveling is provided. Since the exit side signal light 4 is installed on the ground, the reverse traveling is suppressed even for a vehicle not loaded with on-vehicle navigation. Also, since a red light which is an inhibition state and an yellow light/blue light which is a non-inhibition state can be selected, the attention of the driver of the reversely traveling vehicle can be aroused by the change of both states. The driver of the forward traveling vehicle can recognize the presence of the reversely traveling vehicle by an entrance side signal light 5 and avoid the reversely traveling vehicle with composure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
