PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately switch video frames specified by a video switching instruction between remote locations.;SOLUTION: A video repeater 11 transmits a relay video image to a video repeater 21. At the point, the video repeater 11 transmits a time code (TCps) imparted to the video image to a switching instruction transmitter 14. In this case, in order to switch the video frames, the video image on a monitor screen 12 is specified, a switching instruction button 13 is pressed and it is sent to the transmitter 14. The transmitter 14 transmits the time code (TCs) of a switching timing through a network 30 to a switching instruction receiver 23.
