PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent beam from striking a field correction electrode in a focusing electrode and an accelerating electrode having the field correction electrode with electron beam passing holes.;SOLUTION: The focusing electrode 2a and the accelerating electrode 2b are formed of the field correction electrode 8 and a cylindrical electrode 9. A first bar ring part 5a is projectedly formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical electrode 9 at a position corresponding to a center beam passing hole 7G, and a second bar ring part 5a is projectedly formed thereon at a position corresponding to side beam passing holes 7R and 7B. In a main lens 6 formed of the focusing electrode 2a and the accelerating electrode 2b, the lens strength of a center beam passing part 16G is increased by increasing the length of the first bar ring part 5a in Z-axis direction more than that of the second bar ring part 5b.
