PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to manage occurring events even when a simulator is used in combination with a controller such as a PLC (programmable controller) having a different clock. ;SOLUTION: An event processing part 15 performs an event process. At this time, a simulation clock detection part 17, once acquiring a notice that a simulation clock is outputted from the event process part 15, detects the simulation clock. A real-time clock detection part 18 detects a rear-time clock from a PLC 30. A clock comparison calculation part 19 calculates the different between the simulation clock from the simulation clock detection part 17 and the rear-time clock from the rear-time clock detection part 18. A start-stop control part 16 outputs a start-stop signal controlling a read-out of an event routine to the event process part 15 based on the clock difference detected by the clock comparison part 19.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
