This bag 1 consists of a base material 3 having air impermeability and a coating material having air permeability and is formed with a tacky adhesive layer 5 on the exposed surface of this base material. The exothermic compsn. 2 is formed of the exothermic material, the water absorptive polymer and/or the thickener, the carbon component and/or the chloride of metal and water as the essential components and is formed into the inky or creamy form as a whole.
