Packing case null of side panel for automobile

摘要

PURPOSE: To reduce a manhour in assembling a packing case for packing a side panel of an automobile and reduce the weight of the packing case. ;CONSTITUTION: A front door opening and a rear window opening of a side panel PL are respectively supported by beams 19, 20 spanning on the upper ends of struts 10, 11, 15L, 15R, 16L, 16R erected in the center part of the top surface of a rectangular planar skid 1. A rear wheel house part of the side panel PL is supported by a beam 25 spanning on the upper ends of struts 23L, 23R, 24 erected in the rear part of the top surface of the skid 1. A front end part and a rear end part of a side sill of the side panal PL are fastened by stoppers 6, 9 fixed on the top surface of the skid 1. The struts 15L, 15R are connected to a front frame 26 through side panels 29L, 29R. The struts 16L,16R are connected to the skid 1 through rear side truss 30L, 30R.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
