PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-transmit a mail ciphered in a figure which can be deciphered conformably, when a ciphered mail cannot be deciphered.;SOLUTION: Request of re-transmitting a mail from a member is performed by HTTP, received by a web server 20 and processed by an application server 21. For example, information of re-transmission request is transmitted to the web server 20 by using an input form of a web page 303 received from the web server 20. The application server 21 decides an encryption method on the basis of designation of an encryption method of a user which is contained in the request of re-transmitting a mail. A transmission part 101 ciphers a re-transmitted mail by the decided encryption method and transmits it to a member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
