PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station searching system capable of searching for a mobile station efficiently at the time of a large scale disaster.;SOLUTION: The mobile station searching system 10 comprises an out of area generating section 101 for interrupting communication of a mobile station 20 as an object being searched for and transmitting a communication interruption wave for making the mobile station 20 to recognize that it locates on outside the service area of a commercial base station in order to search for a perch channel, a pseudo base station section 102 for transmitting a pseudo base station wave such that the receiving level at the mobile station 20 becomes higher than that of a commercial wave transmitted from the commercial base station to the mobile station 20 and making the mobile station 20 to capture the pseudo base station wave as a perch channel, and a transmitting/receiving section 103 for receiving a location registration request transmitted from the mobile station 20 capturing the perch channel and specifying the transmitting direction of the location registration request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
