PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling solution by which a tin layer or a tin alloy layer on a nickel or an iron-nickel alloy substrate and a nickel (iron-nickel alloy)-tin alloy under layer can be peeled while the dissolution of the substrate is extremely low suppressed, and the smoth surface after the peeling can be obtained and replating can stably be performed on the substrate after the peeling. ;SOLUTION: This peeling solution is formed of an aqueous solution at least containing alkanesulfonic acid in the range of 45 to 470 g/L, and (meta) nitrobenzenesulfonic acid or the salt by ≥20 g/L and within its solubility and further containing halogen ions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
