PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting device for greening, causing no difference in growth between plants at the upper part of the device and those at the lower part thereof, enabling a user to easily replace partially dead plants with others, or easily making a change to the combination of the plants after planting them. SOLUTION: This planting device for greening has planting containers 2 each comprising a net layer charged with culture soil A and a fence plate, and a planting part holder 5 on which a lot of holding frame bodies 4 detachably holding the planting containers 2 are arranged in lines. Planting parts comprising the planting containers have each water-permeable members provided on its front faced and back face, and have each soil, and either a water-permeable cell foam layer or a fibrous layer provided inside thereof. The planting parts are arranged in a vertically stepped zigzag so that the ascending vertical angles of the planting parts face to the same direction at a flexible angle.
