Trace type of blood decision constituent for crime judgment, manner and kit

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody composition for determining the blood type, and convenient method and kit for determining the blood type using it.;SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody composition, more specifically a regulatory anti-A antibody, a regulatory anti-B antibody, or a regulatory anti-H antibody, contains an antibody additive solution and causes only a specific reaction essential to trace antigen and antibody in a sample being inspected but not causes nonspecific reaction. It is a monoclonal antibody for a blood type substance for determining existence of a blood type antigen accurately. The antibody additive solution contains a protein selected from a group of milk components, albumin components and AB type human serum, and a surfactant. The antibody additive solution is produced by dissolving the protein and the surfactant into physiological saline while conditioning to a specified concentration. The antibody additive solution is added with a small quantity of antiseptics. Convenient method and kit for determining the blood type using that composition are also provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
