This system also performs attenuation correction of the calculated cloud layer by deriving the radar observation data and the rader observation data of an upper layer, and repeats the attenuation correction of the 1+1st data by deriving the ice water volume and the effective radius of the ice particles in the i-th (i=1, 2, etc.), cloud layer from the first detected cloud layer to the cloud crest.
