PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the carrier of an inking agent, the constant amount of which to a seal such as an ink, a seal-ink or the like is delivered throughout sealing, the amount of which under no consumed is reduced and also the stamped seal impression with which is clear, and a seal pad and further a seal holder, which is neither stained nor damaged by the carrier of the inking agent and can be operated smoothly.;SOLUTION: This seal holder is equipped with the carrier of the inking agent, at least the outermost cloth structure portion of which is formed by combining a specified cloth, a cloth made of fibers with the range of the width of fiber of 3 to 10 μm and having a fabric structure except plain fabrics and two or more layers of cloth made of fibers with the range of the width of fiber of 3 to 10 μm and having a fabric structure except plain fabrics with one another, the seal pad, in which can carrier of the inking agent is housed, and, at the same time, can house a seal therein under the condition that the face of the housed seal abuts against the carrier of the inking agent when the seal is not in used and the carrier of the inking agent is separated from the face of the housed seal when in use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
