INDUCTION HEATING COIL AND INDUCTION HEATING PROCESS OF WORK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform uniform induction heating of the surface of a work having a hardly induction heated part, without attaching a core on an induction heating coil or employing mobile quenching method. PSOLUTION: The induction heating coil 10 is equipped with a main coil part 11 which performs induction heating of the surface of the work WA (a large-diameter part WA1 and a small-diameter part WA2), a subsidiary coil part 12 which is connected in series in the middle of the main coil part 11 and additively performs induction heating of the hardly induction heated part (the large-diameter part WA1) within the surface of the work WA, and lead parts 131 and 132 (a pair of lead parts 13) which are electrically connected to both ends of a series circuit comprising the main coil part 11 and the subsidiary coil part 12 and leads electric current to the circuit for induction heating.
