PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently guiding a retriever to an advertiser home page of a link destination by an associative image incorporated into a retrieving image screen.;SOLUTION: An advertiser X, a controller Y of an information retrieving home page H, and the information retriever Z are connected to respective computer systems 2 via the Internet. In the information retrieving home page H, a heading character 4 for indicating respective retrieving information fields, the associative image 5 associated from the character, and a banner advertisement 6 linked to a home page P of the advertiser X for dealing a commodity G related to the character are simultaneously displayed in a retrieving display image screen 3 in a superposed or approached state. The retriever Z is allowed to insert an image joining memory of the associative image 5 and the banner advertisement 6 related to the commodity G, and to directly link to the home page P of the advertiser X for dealing the commodity G desired to know from the associative image 5 in the inserted image joining memory at re-retrieving time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
