Production method of the adhesive strength, adhesion iron core for electrical steel sheet excellent in corrosion resistance and blocking resistance

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-magnetic steel plate for an adhesive iron core which is excellent in normal-temperature and high-temperature adhesive strength even with thin adhesive insulating coat as well as anti-blocking characteristics and corrosion-resistance. ;SOLUTION: A water dispersion resin (A) which, being graft substance, comprises high molecular weight epoxy resin and high molecular weight acrylic resin of specific weight ratio, a water-soluble resin (B) of high acid-value epoxy resin of number average molecular weight 300-3000 and acid-value 20-300, and a curing agent (C) are blended as (B) /(A)=1/99-45/55, (c) : (A) + (B) 100 pts.wt. to 1-40 pts.wt. to obtain water-type paint composition, which is coated on an electro-magnetic steel plate by 1.0-12 μm as dried film thickness, and so baked as to reach 100-300°C as a finished plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
