CONSTITUTION:A reference data processing system 26 for preparing package data and inspection data for operating respective production equipments and inspecting devices in the respective processes of a package board production apparatus 16 holds CAD data such as land basic data and part basic data, etc., at the time of designing the circuit pattern of a printed board at CAD data holding parts 22 and automatically generates the inspection data and the package data at an operational data generation part 25 based on the CAD data. Thus, the CAD data turn to a line unification reference and a manufacture reference and an inspection reference for the equipments of the respective processes are unified at the same time. Also, the respective processes are checked based on the prescribed common reference from the upstream process including printed board design, high quality from the upstream process is piled up and the high quality of the final process is secured as well.
