PURPOSE: To provide a fork type delivering apparatus in a high-rise housing tower for laterally moving a tray between a housing division and lift space with a withdrawing and thrusting-in device. ;CONSTITUTION: A fork type delivering apparatus in a high-rise housing tower is provided in a lift space E with a vertically movable a spit-like lift frame 14 and on at least one side of the lift space E with housing divisions X, Y. The delivering apparatus is provided with a laterally traveling spit-like tray 18 traveling laterally between the lift space E and housing divisions X, Y and traveling past the lift frame 14.
