PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector fixing method and an injector fixing device in which sealing performance is increased by preventing an intrusion of a foreign matter into a seal part.;SOLUTION: A clip member 50 for fixing an injector 3 in a mounting portion 20 abuts the mounting portion 20 after a seal member 33 and an inner wall 20a of the mounting portion 20 abut each other. When the injector fixing device 2 is used to fix the injector 3 in the mounting portion 20, the injector 3 mounted with the seal member 33 and the clip member 50 is inserted into the mounting portion 20 to abut the seal member 33 against the inner wall 20a of the mounting portion 20. With the seal member 33 abutting the inner wall 20a of the mounting portion 20, the injector 3 is further inserted to abut the clip member 50 against the mounting portion 20. The seal member 33 and the inner wall 20a of the mounting portion 20 thus catch no intervening foreign matter generated by the abutment of the clip member 50 and the mounting portion 20 to increase sealing performance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
