PURPOSE: To prevent the water flowing along a vertical joint from infiltrating into a building and reduce the execution cost for the waterproof processing of a horizontal joint. ;CONSTITUTION: A joint material A is formed into the shape corresponding to a gap formed by a projection 14 and a recess of a panel 11 and the other gap. The first seal section 1 is arranged in response to the gap, the second seal section 2 is arranged in response to the other gap, and both of them are integrated via the third seal section. A hook section is protruded at one side lower edge of the first seal section 1, and the hook section is brought into contact with the side face of the projection 14 of the panel 11. The end section 22a of a horizontal joint gasket 22 arranged between the projection 14 and the recess is inserted into a slit 5 bored at the end section of the first seal section 1, and the joint material A and the horizontal joint gasket 22 are connected together.
