PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to reserve a picture scene for reviewing.;SOLUTION: An information distribution server 103 distributes an information ID corresponding to the picture scene, client equipment 106 provided for the user's reviewing receives the information ID, a search server 104 determines a picture reproduction start position, and a video on-demand server 105 records distributed picture and reproducer the picture scene by a specified picture start time and the picture start position.
