PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating and/or preventing diseases of oral cavity, upper respiratory tract and esophagus which have had no suitable medicinal drugs or processed foods for treating and/or preventing the diseases and diseases or bad odors caused by abnormal growth of oral microorganisms.;SOLUTION: This protein composition is a powdered medicine, contains one of more species selected from lactoferrin, lacto peroxidase, conalbumin and lysozyme as an active agent and is added with an immunoglobulin concentrate included in foremilk.
