PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an organosilane functionalized at 3-position in which an allyl compound (H2 C=CH-CH2 X) is allowed to react with a silane (R2 R3 R4 SiH) in the presence of a heterogeneous platinum catalyst under a pressure of 1-25 bars in the reaction column. SOLUTION: A stoichiometrically excessive amount of the silane reactant is fed into the reaction column filled with an allyl compound. The reaction column preferably comprises the reaction zone, the first separation zone above the reaction zone and the second separation zone below the reaction zone. The first reaction product goes out of the reaction zone and comes into the first separation zone and the second reaction product goes out of the reaction zone and comes into the second separation zone whereby the distillation occurs simultaneously together with the reaction in the reaction chamber.
