In this condition, a switch other than the foot switch 24 is stepped, so a presser plate 23 of a presser device 3 is lowered to press printed paper P on a table 5, and a blower 20 is then actuated to insert air blown from a blow part 16 between the bundle Pa of printed paper P held by a hand for performing air inserting work.
