PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a disconnection abnormality of a voice alarm line at the time of polling call at the time of polling with respect to a disaster prevention alarm monitor integrated board for the apartment house and the system using the same. ;SOLUTION: A disaster prevention alarm monitor integrated board 1 which is connected to a home information board 2 which is installed in each apartment and provided with a security monitor function, an interphone speaking function and a switching means 6 has functions of an alarm monitor board and an section receiver and has a continuity test circuit 4 of a voice alarm line L2; and at the time of polling, the switching means 6 is switched to the voice alarm line L2 side to discriminate the disconnection abnormality of the voice alarm line L2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
