PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the test time for an electronic watthour meter.;SOLUTION: According to this test method, a digital value of instantaneous electric power is obtained according to a sampling signal, and the energy value pulse number of an electronic watthour meter adapted to electronically generate electric energy value pulses corresponding to the electric energy value in the test time is tested.
