PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side corridor type multiple dwelling house of a new residential building form in which an exterior heat insulating construction method can be easily carried out at a low cost.;SOLUTION: In this side corridor type multiple dwelling house, aseismatic wall structure is formed in a beam-to-beam direction, and rigid-frame structure is formed in a ridge direction. A shared corridor 3 is constructed on one side of a group of dwelling units 2 partitioned by dwelling unit boundary walls 1 constructed on the planes of structure in the beam-to-beam direction, and a balcony 4 is constructed on the opposite side. The plane of structure comprising columns 5 and beams 6 in the ridge direction is constituted in the tip position of the balcony 4. The balcony 4 is partitioned for every dwelling unit 2 by the dwelling unit boundary walls 1. A partition 9 for evacuation is provided in an opening formed in a dwelling unit boundary wall part 1a, positioned outside a balcony side exterior wall 7, out of the dwelling unit boundary wall 1. A heat insulating material 10 is stuck to the outer surface of the balcony side exterior wall 7, and an air layer 11 and an external facing material 12 are provided on the outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
