SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING SERVICE, TOTALIZING DEVICE, AND TOTALIZATION PROGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the work for issuing an inquiry to a large number of persons as in confirmation of attendance or absence for a meeting, and for collecting replies to be totalized, and to reduce the burden on persons executing the work. PSOLUTION: A totalization server 1 receives various assignments conducted by a questioner 2 as to the inquiry using a communication terminal 4. The server 1 generates a liaison mail for notifying the presence of the inquiry, based on the assignment by the questioner 2, to be communicated with an assigned question-issued person 3 by transmitting it. A URL is allocated individually therein to the every question-issued person 3, in the server 1, and the URL is exhibited in the liaison mail. The server 1 receives the reply of the inquiry by an accessor when accessed via a web, and the reply serves as the reply of the question-issued person 3 allocated with the URL used in the access.
