PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential building design support system and recording medium constructed by reading out a portable recording medium having ROM region wherein an automatic execution type residential building supporting program and data are recorded and RAM region by an information processing device.;SOLUTION: The automatic execution type residential building support program for supporting residential building design and the required data are recorded in the ROM part 11 of the recording medium 10 having the ROM part 11 and a recordable region 12. When the recording medium 10 is mounted onto a recording medium drive device 7 of a personal computer 2, the personal computer 2 automatically executes the residential building design support program and an appearance and an indoor view of the residential building designed by operation of a keyboard 5 or a mouse 6 are displayed on a monitor 4 and are recorded in the recordable region 12. The prepared residential building design data is transmitted to a residential building design supporting center, and the corrected residential building design data is received and is recorded in the recordable region 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
