PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange a network line concentrating device inside an information wiring board by permitting part of a terminal in the connector of a communication port to serve as a power source terminal and supplying a power source from an external equipment to a device inside with the power source terminal. ;SOLUTION: Four of the eight terminals in the connector of the communication port 2 are connected to the transmitting circuit 4 and the receiving circuit 5 of an internal circuit 3 as a communication terminal. The internal circuit 3 is provided with a noise filter NF and a voltage stabilizing circuit 7, the two terminals of the connector are connected to the noise filter NF as the power source terminals and connection is executed to a power source VD for supplying the power source to the control circuit 6, etc., of the internal circuit 3 with the voltage stabilizing circuit 7. Thus, the power source is supplied to the power source terminal from the external equipment with a communication cable 20 and then control circuit 6, etc., connected to the power source line VD inside the internalcircuit 3 is operated.
