PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more efficient operation form of sludge treatment cars in patrolling sludge treatment. PSOLUTION: In a carrying-in process, the sludge treatment car 3 mounted with a dewatering treatment container 2 or composting treatment container 10 goes to a sludge treatment facility 18 and the container 2 or the container 10 is removed from the car 3 and is carried into the facility 18. In a treatment process, the car 3 mounted with a vessel container 9 goes to the facility 18 and the container 2 or the container 10 loads the treated sludge or compost finished with the treatment into the container 9 to recover the sludge or the compost. In a carrying-out process, the car 3 not mounted with the container goes to the facility 18 and the container 2 or the container 10 is attached to the car 3 and is carried out of the facility 18.
