PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and high-accurately support and guide a movable body while maintaining the high moving speed of a movable body in the case the movable body moves to a focusing position inside a fixed body. ;SOLUTION: The centroid position of the movable body 3 is set nearly above a rail shaft 11 which is a main shaft, and a rail collar 9 whose material is similar to that of a rail shaft 11 having high accuracy, high durability and wear resistance is slidably supported. A rotation stopping bearing 16 guided by a rotation stopping shaft 12 is brought into linearly contact with the external periphery of the shaft 12 in order not to be a load with respect to small twisting, and also rotatably slides. One-side ends of the rail shaft 11 and the shaft 12 are respectively supported by rail bearings 10 and 17, so that a vertical direction and inclination can be adjusted by rail adjusting boards 14 and 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
