PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal diffusion and reflection type color filter with high quality and an internal diffusion and reflection type color liquid crystal display device provided with the internal diffusion and reflection type color filter.;SOLUTION: The internal diffusion and reflection type color filter, is characterized in that a metallic film 12 is formed to one side of a glass plate via a resin black film 11 having very small unevenness on its surface, and when a color filter pixel is formed on the metallic film 12 in a later process, after the metallic film 12 of the border of adjacent color filter pixels is removed by etching so that the resin black film 11 functions like a black matrix at the border of the adjacent color filter pixels, a color filter pixel is formed on the metallic film 12 to configure the color filter layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
